CREEPY INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE RED EARTH ARTS FESTIVAL

Pitter Pat Productions was engaged by the City of Karratha to provide entertainment for the inaugural “REAF Creep” event at Cossack as part of the annual Red Earth Arts Festival, the premier arts event for the region. Pitter Pat Productions conceptualised, created, installed and presented an interactive “haunted house” style experience “The Conservatorium of Curiosity”, provided roving entertainment including roaming creepy characters and engaged an MC for the event.

Conservatorium of Curiosity
An interactive entertainment experience: REAF Creep attendees were welcomed to the mysterious “Conservatorium” by Loony Lizzy, beckoning them to see what mad botanist Dr Hansel had instore. Once inside they were greeted by the Dr and his assistant Igor, who were eager to show them his solution to the giant fly problem plaguing the area. The crowd were led through a series of eerie rooms including the greenhouse, cottage, nursery and graveyard where they interacted with creepy characters along the way. Finally met with the Doctor’s master work; a giant Venus fly trap! where they learned his true intentions and had to escape before it was too late…

Spook Squad
Roving Entertainment: Patrons of REAF Creep were spooked and entertained by a cast of creeps straight out of your nightmares. The ghosts, ghouls and creepy creatures roamed the crowd, played games (including an interactive game of ‘statues’, gave out creepy treats, posed for photos and set the scene for the “Friday the 13th” themed event. Our MC “Little Blood Red Riding Hood” hosted the entire event, providing introductions for the acts and keeping the crowd entertained between sets.
