We are looking for event staff and volunteers for the following upcoming events:
Christmas On The Green - Friday 1st December
3x Elves (Paid work) from 5pm - 8:30pm
Dampier Rio Tinto Christmas Party - Friday 1st December
4x Craft stall workers (Paid work) from 3:45pm - 9pm
2x Elves (Volunteer, but you get to ride in a helicopter!) from 3:30 pm- 6:30pm
Wickham Rio Tinto Christmas Party - Saturday 2nd December
4x Craft stall workers (Paid work) from 3:45pm - 9pm
2x Elves (Volunteer, but you get to ride in a helicopter!) from 3:30 pm- 6:30pm
Elf costumes will be supplied prior to your shift.
Must be at least 15 years old.

Pitter Pat Productions is the Pilbara’s premier community theatre company and performing arts incubator. Founded in 2017, Pitter Pat Productions is located in Karratha, Western Australia, we have created a community of arts and culture that is accessible to all who live in and visit the region.
In order to fund our work we undertake numerous fundraising activities including grant applications, curated performances, children's entertainment, event photography and licensed venue staffing. We are now looking to appoint a Part Time Project Coordinator to assist us to support our ongoing growth and achievement of our goals. This role will be fixed term for 3 months with the possibly of extension.
This role will suit an enthusiastic self-starter who can work with autonomy and take initiative. We are looking for someone who is as passionate about increasing opportunities within the community as we are!
Starting off part time (5 days / 25 hours per week) this role has the potential to grow and is something you can really make your own and be proud of. We are able to offer a high degree of flexibility once training is completed so this role may suit someone looking for a role to fit around study, childcare or other responsibilities.
The Project Coordinator will report to the Pitter Pat Productions Chairperson and assist the committee to meet the day to day administrative, operational and project requirements of the organisation.
